We work with Trupanion directly in obtaining pre-approvals and processing claims. In a matter of minutes Trupanion will pay us directly for any qualifying claims and the client will be responsible for any deductibles or co-payments that apply. In addition, in times of an emergency, we can help work by contacting Trupanion for pre-approval of treatment care plans.
